Asian College of Technology, the home of many students is a bearer of good education. Surely, a prosperous and afloat school like this has been rich in history, and by history I mean students. We know very well that ACT has a lot of thriving a committed learners, most especially including the fact that it is a Multiple Intelligences School. Let’s mention one for an example.
Angel Kyle Calma, a proactive and practical Asianista. Surely someone described as this has done a lot of things in school or for the school rather. He has been a busy bee since he set foot in ACT. Trying to balance schoolwork, extracurricular activities, and family life. He has been someone who can handle situations easily. Indeed, he too has tons of friends and can make much more. And, we all know him for his fabulous glitz and glamour and strutting but it’s not all about just the fun and laying off, he has to get through impediments to earn titles and gain keys to the things like these.
Since ACT is known for being a Multiple Intelligences School, students have been joining competitions in and out of the campus. And in a way to serve the school, Angel has been doing documentations for as long as he could.
Not only is he doing documentations, but he also has been compiling them and finding ways to keep the information as a whole, and that’s one of a skill. He also tags along with the Junior High School department teachers. He is someone who isn’t shy to help anyone. He helps them with their unfinished work, especially when they have to do a lot. He is willing to do errands, he is always there to lend a hand. And aside from that, one of his many hobbies is to embrace the art of photography. During school events, Angel makes sure he gets to capture every single moment of it. He can’t just do it alone though. He gets accompanied by his fellow classmates, Tiffany, Gianne and Jehramae. And together, they convey the real world through specs and lenses. Aside from those, he can also do physical work.
Balls, nets and the heat. That’s right. Angel can be very keen when learning the basics and standards of Volleyball. Being the bustling person he is, first thing that comes to mind when he isn’t really doing anything is to play the sport.
And of course let’s not forget how good of a dancer he can be. He goes from hip-hop to fragile and graceful contemporary and the like. He has joined multiple dance-related routines. From short openings, to heated dance competitions, Angel loves it all. Ever since he has arrived, he has participated for the Family Day dances, both accomplishing the goal of first place for Category C. He also joined dance performances outside the school like for the ACT Pardo Night and let’s not forget how he did that fantabulous split during the Grade 7’s performance for their modern dance last year.
And that ladies and gentlemen, is one example of a good student in a good school. Angel Kyle Calma is a representation that you too, can handle matters (whether huge or not) the way he does.
